Although not technically a suite of rooms, this is often referred to by our guests as the "Honeymoon Suite," because the sitting area and fireplace on one end makes it seem like two rooms, and because more of our newlywed guests have stayed in it than any other room. Suite or no suite, those who stay in this room agree that it is the perfect room in which to start a life together or even to celebrate a significant date in a couple's life. A wonderfully comfortable and nostalgic queen-sized iron & brass bed is accentuated by a lovely crown canopy with rich floral ruffled bed curtains. The sitting area contains a very comfortable wing-back chair and an antique gate leg table for two. The fireplace is adorned with a marble tile hearth and an antique carved oak mantle. The room has a private attached bath featuring a pocket door, vaulted ceiling, oak accents, and a luxurious two person Jacuzzi tub.
